Create invoices together with your shipping labels with your favorite invoicing service. Create bulk invoices for your orders.

Tools

  • Get suggestions to correct the shipping addresses in Romania
  • Update your Shopify product stock from one or multiple SmartBill warehouses
  • Import cash on delivery (ramburs) files from carriers. This reconciliation process will match the orders based on the order reference number and the total price, update Shopify's status to PAID and it will create payments for the invoices issued for each order.
  • Export order information to SAGA invoicing app
  • Download invoice - automatically link invoice documents to Shopify notifications sent to the customer.
  • Fulfilment tracking gets the tracking information for all your open fulfillments from the carrier website. The tracking information can be sent to Shopify and it will be used for customer notifications or to update the order status automatically when the shipment is delivered.

It is a great app, it saves us a lot of time, we can easily process hundreds of orders at a time with it, or we can use the many filters they provide if we want to process certain orders separately, it is easy to use and intuitive. The best thing is that it is constantly improving and frequently new functionalities are added. We currently have 7 stores and XConnector also helps us update the stock between all of them (we sell the same products on all 7). We also want to thank Catalin for the help he provides.

OstarRub

Great app, we use it for creating GLS labels in Slovenia and Croatia. Their support is always responsive and helpful (thanks Catalin!). We had a few feature request and they were able to accommodate all of them in reasonable time, so we're really saving time now creating shipping labels. Keep up the good work!
