Excellent customer service! The customer service agents were fast and friendly. Definitely recommend!
I used the free version first, it was alright, it just looked weird and unprofessional, the icon is floating on the top of the page. It moves when you scroll down. I guess there is no free lunch, the paid version is so much better. 3 positions for the icon position, the support team can help you to set it up in one business day. I am happy with it.

So far so good. I like how it's easy to use and has the option to hide the currency converter so customers seamlessly feel like they can shop like in their own country. My only suggestion would be that they add an email option so that their bill will show up in their confirmation email with their own currency
