Excellent support! I was having issue adding the currency converter to my website. Asked their support team to help me, they responded within 5 mins. A little buggy, so I replied, and they fixed it within 30 mins for me!!! Now its perfect!

I was using this app initially but got blocked on the converter. Then I switched to "best currency converter app" and it was worse than this one due to their digit round up issues. So I switched back to this one. Finally I had to resort to emailing the support team, but can't believe they have it resolved within 1 hour. Very happy about this app.

Wow! What a team! I needed a currency converter for my store and due to the great reviews, I selected this one. As a bonus, they include an SEO report. At this time, I'm paying for a separate app for the SEO evaluation. I installed the converter with only one click and, as they said, it was one click! Laura, sent me a notice to say everything was working perfectly. I then inquired about their SEO report. I asked for a dummy/sample report to see if it would provide more info than the current SEO app I'm using. This team went above and beyond. Senthil and Mike worked together to get an actual SEO report to me containing store recommendations. Not only is the report more comprehensive and in normal everyday language (I'm not knowledgeable about SEO), they ran the report especially for me on my behalf! The icing on the cake is I get to save $10/month (which is huge when just starting). I want to say thank you once more to Laura, Senthil, and Mike for your outstanding customer service and support.
