I've just added this app and found the support to be amazing! Louis was super prompt with his replies to my enquires and a small issue I had with the menu placement. He finalised the currency instalment and resolved everything straight away.

I have had this app since the early days it was added onto shopify app market.
Although it seemed easy to install, I opted for the safe option and had their support team install it for me. They did it painlessly and quickly.
Lately it seemed Shopify did some sort of upgrade as most of my apps stopped working, included this one. I contacted the support team again and very quickly and efficiently, they fixed it for me.
So I do strongly recommend as it runs smoothly and in the very very rare occasion you may have any issue, the support team is very responsive and helpful.... +++

We set up a complex multi-currency store earlier this summer and used Currency Switcher. The store is based in Kenya, payments are taken in USD but the local Kenya currency is the display currency along with additional East African currencies available for reference. We had a protracted set up and testing period with John and Thierry in order to get the currency functions, display nad CSS right. Support responded every night so we were able to test in the morning and raise further questions as necessary.

We couldn't have launched the shop without Currency Switcher and John. A terrific app and outstanding support.

I've just downloaded this app to my Shopify. With the help of the Secomapp team the install was easy. I like the way it looks on my shop and is very user friendly.

I let Secom team handled the installation, and they respond to my request and questions promptly. I email them on Friday night and the app was up and running the same night! Very happy with their efficiency. And the app works great, has several design options to choose from. Cannot complain!
