When the application works, it works great. The only issue I have with the application itself is that it calculates the fee before tax, and my merchant charges us after tax.
There have been times when the system goes down. It can be frustrating, but usually it only takes contacting the help center and they are quick to investigate and fix the problem.

Giving it 5 stars because it's the only method that works that we've tried so far, to add credit card fees on POS. Yes we would also love it if it were automatic -- if the person working the checkout forgets to push the button, we just have to eat that fee.
