Highly recommend this app to help enhance our website. We have had Bonify Custom Fields installed on our Shopify website for years and use it to give us more customization on different product pages. Recently, we accidentally deleted the app from our store and their customer service team was amazing to work with. They were able to very quickly reinstate all of our original coding to allow us to use the app like before. We have been very pleased and look forward to continue using it!

Your customer service is AMAZING! I was blessed to have Patrick Mwange helping me, and he is quite possibly the most helpful person I've ever spoken to my whole life. He's been going back and forth with me for weeks, helping me work through a series of questions about design, format, and coding as I worked to implement this app in the new theme in Shopify. He is the BEST, and if he is representative of the level of service and care that this app gives to its users, then this app has managed to embrace humanity and technology at the same time. Have been using this app for the last 8 years and it's been great! Would give it 5 but there's some quirky limitations and feels a tad antiquated. I've been using the platform for a long time and the interface hasn't modernized a ton. But still a great platform and gets the job done.

This app is a must have. I've been using it for the last few years. Even now with the Shopify metafields settings being in the admin, Custom Fields is so much handier to use and has so much more that it can do. It took a little time to get used to (I'm not a programmer). I've been able to do some more advanced things (in my eyes) with this app by looking at examples and spending time using it.
