App was exactly what i needed. I simply wanted to give the ability to customers to be able to upload an image which i would receive after they purchase. After complications, Francois jumped on a video call with me and we worked together to solve the issue. The cheapest app on the market for this kind of product. Highly recommended.

Best support I ever had from an Shopify app. Requested a special feature, got a custom line of code (within a couple of hours) that worked like a charm.

Easy to use. Originally gave 3 stars, but after the developer fixed a couple bugs and make a few changes it looks and works great. Great support.

After getting an extra snippet of code to use in the custom CCS section so the buttons matched my theme this app is absolutely perfect for whatever form you need. It's cheaper than other apps and loads much quicker than some I have used.

This was just what I'm looking for. A great app that provides ability to embed custom contact forms throughout my website and direct each to back-end emails to handle specific topics. Francois and team have been great; listening to ideas and feedback and enhancing the app along the way. Their customer service is outstanding and get right back to you. Definitely recommend this app!

Simply the best. I am so impressed. The UI is clean and simple. It has all the form customization options I would want. The app developer actually took the time to speak with me about my use case and help me make the necessary customizations so it works perfectly. The price is a complete bargain as well. $10 for 2gb upload. You cannot find that on any other app! Thank you Acerill, I hope to continue using this app for a long time.

This is such a great App and worth the (very low!) price! And the support is really fast, too!
I really needed the options for sending mails via SMTP and for custom notification E-Mails.

This is absolutely one of the most valuable apps I have! I have used it for several weeks now and it makes the running of my business so much easier. I am able to get all of the information I need from my customers the first time they contact me so that I am able to respond with the appropriate answers on the first email to them, thus improving the overall experience of my customers. I am also able to forward the submitted forms onto my employees without any further explanation because it is all contained in the form.

I am especially pleased with the ability for my customers to be able to upload documents on the form.

I'm so addicted to the ease of this app, I am trying to think of other forms I can make to make my job even easier and my customers experience even more pleasant!

Again, dollar for dollar, it is hard to beat the utility and usefulness of this app.
