Infinite Product Options

This app has enabled us to allow customers to personalize many of our handcrafted products. We also use the app to enable customers to include a gift note with their purchase. Support has been extremely fast and effective, customizing the formatting to fit our theme.

It's unfortunate that Shopify doesn't have built in features to allow for some of the functionality that Infinite Options offers, but since they don't, this is the next best thing. The app works as promised and does exactly what I need in my shop. I paid for the setup and it was well worth it to have everything set up for me without any headaches. They were done in a matter of hours. Overall - great app!

We were easily able to add mix and match customization for gift boxes that had up to eight options each. The online documentation was very helpful in fine-tuning Infinite Options to work with our theme so that customers and the store owner could see their selection throughout the checkout process. Customer support reached out to us to offer installation help, but we were able to work it out ourselves.
