Infinite Product Options

Fantastic app! We're now able to present the options available to customers in a much more stylish and professional way. The support is amazing, especially Emily, who is always super helpful.

We have used this app for 5 years. Upgraded our website and had a problem with the conversion to the new theme. Sent email and within 30 minutes they fixed the problem.. Great Customer Service.

We've been using this app for a few product customizations over the last few years and it's been working perfectly! We recently updated to a new theme and needed to change some CSS and load speeds, Daniel W. had me fixed up in under 1/2hr. Awesome!

Solved two specific issues we were having on the app.
Guided with simple implementation steps and enabled our team to self-implement the code/script changes. 2 important problems solved! Now our site option selections are even more bulletproof.

I have been using Infinite Options for years, I am very happy with the app. I have never had any bugs.
The few times I reached out for support to customize or adapt the app, the support was great.

it's fine. it works well. support is attentive, but can offer no fixes or solutions if you need tweaks or workarounds. i'm sure most of these unlimited variant option apps suffer from the same issues that make them more difficult to use... there is absolutely no reporting available for them - so if you need to see how many of a specific variant sold, you can't.

Completely stopped transferring option data to our sales orders so we have to find a new app. Customer service has been unable to help us even though we have shown what is happening. They simply stopped responding to us. We even deleted the set and reinstalled it but to no avail.

We've been using infinite options for years and after accidentally removing the app and breaking a whole collection of products, Abby was able to bring it back to life with all the previous customisations in just a few minutes! Absolute legend, thank you so much your support is amazing :)

Game changer of an app to boost our store revenue with upsells. The live chat team are unbelievably helpful and go the extra mile. Trust me, it matters when you're a complete novice in web design and development!

Great way to add variants to my products. pricing is very competative as compared.
here are the things that would enhance this product;
1. an Add on PRICE simply, not connected to a product...like Globo
2. a way to "activate" or 'Deactivate" an option set...or have it as a draft...rather than immediately publishing, or have to delete an element. this is why I usually create a test product to add the option set to first.
3.an Image or file upload feature
4. a little easier or friendlier interface. again Globo is much easier and user friendly here.

The key feature why I DID NOT switch to globo....this app allows me to grab products based on type, vender, tag, etc...a number of ways to select specific or many products...where as this feature is only available with Globo's $20+ plan! And Variant Options app is a whopping $24 is you wish to have price add ons.

so, for now I will continue to use this app as it serves my purposes. the conditional logic and selection rules is what keeps me here for the great price.

admittedly I am experiencing technical issues with some new option sets ive created not showing up....but after the weekend im sure ill find help with their tech team
