Infinite Product Options

Alan was a great help!!! I've been trying to add check boxes and a drop down menu for weeks with many different helps via chat and email; however today is the day that it was finally resolved and it was all thanks to Alan.One tech told me that it couldn't even be down; however, I've talked to so many tech people, i don't know if it was someone from Shopify or Shop Pad, but that doesn't matter now..BECAUSE...ALAN saved the day (REALLY MY PRODUCT LISTING SHOPIFY)!!! He asked me the right questions where I didn't feel like I was being talked down to (tech to dumb user...lol). He is knowledgeable and fixed my issue FINALLY!!! I AM ETERNALLY GRATEFUL!!!!!!!!!!! I've been on Shopify for since February, Shop Pad for at least 1.5 moths and Alan is the the first Shop Pad person that got me FINALLY where and what I needed with explanation so I don't make the same mistake or any others surrounding this issue again!!! App does just what I needed. Would love to be able to add photos to options.

Best product options app on here. The option to make fields required works, which Is one problem I had with the other apps. A price option for like 100 products at 5.99 would be good, for those who don't plan on having many custom products. Also, The only things that would make it better, is that they should provide a starter css code for new people that aren't good at css. So they can start out with the options located in the right area and with proper spacing, and maybe a guide on how to change colors, e.t.c I had to use the google inspection tool, to figure it out. Overall this is the best product option app.

This app is just amazing, and the Customer Support phenomenal. Even though we don't use the app in our system because of the way it is set up, we had a chance to try it out and it was just amazing. Our support agent (Abby) was very prompt and did exactly what we needed. If we had the older way of setup on our website, we would definitely continue using this app. It deserves to be worth double the amount when you compare to the very feature lacking apps on the app store and the ridiculous prices they are given.

Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this to a friend! I love having the best of both worlds, with an inventory TOTAL, but still allow customers to select sizes! Was able to set up quickly with the video and photo tutorials! Thank you for an amazing app!
