Listen to me.....these guys are phenomenal, fast and there is no doubt they know what they are doing. I was dealing with Ryan and despite the fact that I am an HTML code retard (can I still say that) he helped me get set up fast and did way more than I could have ever expected. I use this app on my product pages to enable customers to add a custom note to their gifts (we are a Gifting Studio). Excellent customer care, Matt kindly helped me with the set up of different elements, it is perfect now ! The app is intuitive but needs a little practice to understand its functioning, especially for the conditional logic. Don't panic, once you get it it's really simple to use.

Alan was very helpful. They made all the options match the layout of my theme in less than 24h. Awesome!
