super helpful support, even did a free custom code change to my theme within mere hours, I'm impressed! Options load quickly. All in all a very good deal!
Only thing missing is a file uploader included in the package.

I liked that it was easy to add the personalization option but I have yet to figure out how to charge an additional fee for the extra personalization option.

I just quit a job in customer service to go full time with my own business. I'm switching from Squarespace to Shopify and the customer service Alan gave me was the best -- and I worked in CS for 12 years. Easy to use once I watched the video, a lot easier than coding! I will you were able to change the price when people select a certain number of options though with some of the options.

I've just installed this app and so far it's great! It's enabled me to add all of the options I needed to my product range very easily and it all fits in with the theme, colour schemes, etc. seamlessly. The white glove service was very useful and support has been prompt and helpful.
