Support is very efficient and available to help customers.
Dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, text area etc : all kinds of forms are available and deeply customisable.
Conditionnal logics is also very helpful , and very intuitive to use !

This is a great app! For the most part it is pretty easy to install and set up. I just wish it was a little bit easier to customize the look to match my other options. Either way, it is a must have for stores that offer customization!

We use Infinite Options to ask our customers when buying archery arrows: FREE cutting required? They can't proceed to the cart without choosing No or Yes. If they click Yes, they get a drop down menu of cut measurements to choose from, from 24 inches through to 32 inches in quarter inch increments. Our customers are using it and it works really well! At the moment in our theme the chosen option doesn't automatically show up in the cart, but it does show at checkout. I thought i'd try adding the 'show in cart' option myself but I couldn't immediately see where to edit the code in my theme. However I pay the guys hosting our site for a certain amount of Shopify development time per month that accrues, so they will do it for me. They had no problems so far with Infinite Options, so I'm sure it will work just fine. We also use this app to bundle products. When customers are looking at an arrow, they are asked if they also need arrow points for added $, and can select from the arrow point size options we have available. Every little thing that stops the customer from worrying, and answers their questions in the product listing, is a big help getting them to actually BUY! Since we've done these things, our conversion rate has improved. Thanks, ShopPad!

I changed my theme, but know nothing about coding and couldn’t figure it out using the video. I was expecting to have to pay for the code to be installed, but after a quick email I was all set up, free of charge. Apps such as infinite options and their support staff mean that I can focus on the creative aspects of my business and not have to worry about the tech side.

Only thing missing is a file uploader included in the package.
