This app was a breeze to set up, and the only initial queries I had were dealt with extremely quickly by a very helpful and friendly agent, who not only fixed my issues but also went and optimised another page I had not asked for. Very happy!

I needed this so customers could provide information about their skin care needs for free samples. Because of my theme it took me some trial and error to get it to work, I did reach out to customer support and they reply quickly. I did already have it working by then but had 2 problems, One with one function not working and the other with style. The fix the issues for me promptly. You can see this in action on our site
