I've had Infinite Options for the last 5 years and it has been a HUGE help in my shop. Not sure how I would list all my options in a clean way without it. Love it!

I absolutely love the app, Infinite Product Options! I have been using this app for over 7 years. My Shopify Store would not be as awesome if I did not have this app product! I must mention that their Customer Service is SO GREAT! Thank you so much for what you do for my business.

This app is great for allowing an infinite number of combinations on products. The only complaint I have is how that data is translated on the back end in packing slips or receipts. It is not always easy for people to understand, and can be frustrating to make sure you get the right thing depending on how the options are laid out on the packing slip. Support is great and responsive, and the interface is easy to set up. If you do get suck and support is offline, the help documents and videos have been able to fill the gap when needed for me. I haven't come across something I couldn't do with a little support and the help documents.

This app constantly doesn’t work for our customers. For a website like mine that relies on things like this to personalise I’m having messages from customers every single day saying there’s no where to leave a name or pick from the colours etc because the app doesn’t load/ work. Being told by support it’s too many browsers open or to keep refreshing the page etc that’s not the issue, and its highly unprofessional when i have to tell customers to keep refreshing. I try on my end and the same thing happens. Im losing customers and sales because of them not understanding how to leave names.

Pricing on option values are not reflecting price changes. You have to go in and do it manually.

It lacks the customization I need to make updating inventory easier. I also need a way to show the compare at price without having to manually change the price in the app each time.

Infinite options helps out so much for us. We do custom prints but track our SKUs using the base shirt not what we press on them so this helps us track our inventory so much better.
