Infinite Options

Wow, while the app itself it's rather limited at the moment, customer support is extremely impressive and responsive! I got the help I need immediately. That's something fresh! Hope the application keeps on developing.

Saved my life when I needed an easy way to add personalization on a new product line. I had a bit of trouble installing and customer service was amazing - they ended up installing it for me for free.

Had some problems with the initial setup for my theme, but support was able to work it out!

We needed to add the ability to allow our shoppers to select dates. Infinity Options' datepicker worked like a charm. And their customer support is stellar! They get back to you quickly via email and always with solutions. What would make their app better? If it worked on 3rd party sites when used via Shopify Buy Buttons. So, unfortunately for the time being, we're unable to sell our Shopify products on non-Shopify domains we own, but not sure this is an Infinity Options issue, so they'll still get 5 stars.

I use this app so that my customers can add personalization to their orders and it does exactly what I need it to do. The customer service from the support team is excellent. I needed to make a minor tweak to a setting, but couldn't figure it out so I reach out to the support team (at 6:30am!) and someone responded to me within the hour and my problem was solved. This is a must have for shops that have different finishing options! I recently came across a small hiccup and customer service was able to take care of it right away!
