Great solution to a problem we were having. Excellent customer support! Quick response and helped me set up the app exactly how I wanted it.

I chose the App at first for being very user friendly. I found many other similar Apps kinda weren’t. Then when had some issues we couldn’t understand I contacted the support via mail and low and behold they instantly answered all my questions. They were very fast and helpful and even optimized the loading time of the extra options. I am very grateful and satisfied with the support as now I can move on to finalize all the products. Thanks again and definitely check the app out. To me it’s so far the single best option to add multiple options to one product.

I'm a complete novice at setting up a website and all of my prints are personalised so I needed lots of options. I had a few initial problems setting up the app, but had lots of great support from Annette who was always very calm and helpful. Saved my life when I needed an easy way to add personalization on a new product line. I had a bit of trouble installing and customer service was amazing - they ended up installing it for me for free.

Had some problems with the initial setup for my theme, but support was able to work it out!

We needed to add the ability to allow our shoppers to select dates. Infinity Options' datepicker worked like a charm. And their customer support is stellar! They get back to you quickly via email and always with solutions. What would make their app better? If it worked on 3rd party sites when used via Shopify Buy Buttons. So, unfortunately for the time being, we're unable to sell our Shopify products on non-Shopify domains we own, but not sure this is an Infinity Options issue, so they'll still get 5 stars.
