Fantastic. It's a tiny bit more expensive than the other app i was using, but its perfect. The last app i used didn't always show the custom text field i needed, which meant i lost the sale. So paying the little extra is totally worth it. The app looks great, and the support team is one of the best. My support rep Abby in particular, was incredibly helpful. Certainly reccomend this app.

The app is exactly what I was looking for. Now my customers, who may be ordering two care packages for two different kids, can include a personalized text message for both.

This is exactly what I was looking for!
My jewellery is personalised and the drop-downs make it so easy for customers to choose exactly what they want on their necklace.

The videos/screenshots of html help are GREAT. I have no coding knowledge, but I'm happy to give it a shot with instructions, and I managed to figure it out without gaining a brow-wrinkle ;)

This app is good, however the loading time for the variants are very long.

Edit:

After posting my review, customer support contacted me. They installed a little snippet of code on my page which took less than five minutes. It completelely reduced the loading times. They even edit the style of the variants to match my theme. A+ Customer Service. Would recommend this app.

Excellent app - particularly for FREE! Support helped us tweak things to get the options displayed in the CART with our custom theme. Very prompt, polite and resourceful. Thanks to the team at Shoppad!
