kept glitching when I was trying to set it up

Not user friendly for me. The educational video (with the woman) was not beneficial: she went entirely too fast through the steps, but topping that was her language and speech quality which was very hard for me, personally, to understand. I was on chat with support for quite awhile yesterday, first with someone who was awesome , but then someone else took over and the communication lag time was sooo long in between revisions, that I think he got frustrated and quit responding. I wish I could get those hours that I spent struggling back...
This might be a good app for others, but it certainly wasn't a good fit for me.

The app is very thorough and has so many options and the support is great.
I recommend the product.

The app has stopped working without any change to the system, which cost us a lot of money and we probably lost a lot of customers on our webshop who in times like these are more important than ever.

No support during business times for european customers!

Really useful. Helped me to add many more options to the products we sell, and also pretty straightforward to add to templates, such as the invoice and packing list.

Infinite options has been such a great asset to our company. We wanted something light weight and easy to use for our products that had some customization options.

I would consider myself very picky with the layout of the options and the support team was so quick and responsive into making my vision come true! They were able to help me with all the small adjustments I needed and now the product pages look amazing!

I would to give a shout out to Alan and Mandy for being such friendly and helpful people. They really made my customer experience very comfortable and knew exactly what I needed changed. They were able to solve all my problems in minutes and are always available when I needed to chat :)

I would definitely recommend this app if you need to add more options for your products! PS. ITS ALSO FREE :D
