customer service was great and helped me work out how to use the app. So far it looks like the app will be a big help.

I used this app to create custom text boxes for people to customize products and include handwritten notes, which greatly boost average order values.

I had a little issue getting it to work with my theme and their support was absolutely amazing, being quick to respond and help me get it up and running exactly how I needed it.

I love this app! It allows me to add so many options to my products with ease! Custom service live Chat Matt is so helpful and answers questions super fast! I definitely recommend!

Great app! I'm so glad I found this app. My products require certain customisation options and this app serves its purpose well. Other than not having a price variant option, it is as good as similar paid apps out there.

Support as it should be, quick, efficient and personal! Great job. A little disappointing that customization details are not transferred to the order with the "Buy Now" option (apparently a WIP). The disappointment is due to the fact we rarely get multiple product orders due to our product type.

Not a deal breaker as the trade off of saving 1 checkout step is nothing compared to the time saving and up-sell possibilities with this app.

After some very frustrating miscommunications, and lack of understanding on my part, Annette Powell and Logan Truong went above and beyond to contact me, figure out my issue, give me a solution, and walk me through using the app correctly. Exactly what we were looking for in order to upsell compatible products. I was looking for something that would show a product image and this app allows you to upgrade a custom image swatch which worked nicely.

It was a little confusing at first but with customer support I got it installed successfully! I now can offer monograms as an option on my products!
