This app is AMAZING and the customer service is BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!! I highly recommend it to everyone. I was able to install it myself following the instructions, which are very friendly and easy to follow. I had a few questions on styling and I contacted customer support. Logan was very nice and responsive and all my questions were answered immediately. Now my store has gift wrap options which I was unable to offer previously, THANK YOU!

Very great tool at an affordable price covering functionality that should honestly be baked into Shopify natively. I'd highly recommend the one-time installation option since it's such a strong value for the cost (currently it's $20). Note that there are some limitations of where the fields are able to be placed on the Product Page and Cart pages but they're fairly reasonable constraints. Daniel W. helped me integrate an option that allows customers to order combination locks that are pre-set which is an option our customers have been asking for. He also helped me charge a fee for this option & made the integration seamless on the checkout/cart page. I would recommend this app and I appreciate the very helpful support team behind it.
