Infinite Options

Two ways I judge any purchase:
1) Ease of use
2) Support

These folks rock on both. Even though I have an (old) background in code, it gives me the heebie jeebies nowadays. I'd rather not deal with it. Their instructional videos are superb! Pretty hard to make a mistake with how clearly they explain setup and use.

I was having minor issues regarding field options, so I sent a support email. They responded as soon as they arrived in the office and were super communicative through an email dialogue of troubleshooting.

I'm about to launch an e-commerce company, and their app made a huge customization hurdle incredibly simple. Now I hope my customer service is as good as theirs.

I used this app to help create more variable products and its been really easy to set-up. Had some small support which was fixed within 1 day. Very good!

Very easy to use app. So versatile and useful to custom any products in just a few click. BUT the best is the customer service! So reactive and helpful. When others would let you down, they don’t!
It is definitely worth a try...

Great app! Fantastic support service

I have a custom theme (Shella) and the team were amazing at integrating the app into the theme. We had difficulty with the date picker but the team was prompt and fixed the problem as soon as possible. App is great, it performs all functions I needed it too and I love that I can link it to my inventory unlike other similar apps.

I installed this app and it worked great. I couldn't quite get it to layout properly so I contacted support team and they did a great job of making it look good for me. Thank you!

Anette and Anh have been a great help, Ran into some issues and they were all fixed in a very short time. They took an extra mile to speed up the loading time, implemented style sheet and removed duplicated form fields. Very impressed.
