Alan was a great help!!! I've been trying to add check boxes and a drop down menu for weeks with many different helps via chat and email; however today is the day that it was finally resolved and it was all thanks to Alan.One tech told me that it couldn't even be down; however, I've talked to so many tech people, i don't know if it was someone from Shopify or Shop Pad, but that doesn't matter now..BECAUSE...ALAN saved the day (REALLY MY PRODUCT LISTING SHOPIFY)!!! He asked me the right questions where I didn't feel like I was being talked down to (tech to dumb user...lol). He is knowledgeable and fixed my issue FINALLY!!! I AM ETERNALLY GRATEFUL!!!!!!!!!!! I've been on Shopify for since February, Shop Pad for at least 1.5 moths and Alan is the the first Shop Pad person that got me FINALLY where and what I needed with explanation so I don't make the same mistake or any others surrounding this issue again!!!
