I am using this app for the online shopping portion of my cake and dessert shop, My Sweet Austin. I am able to easily add a bunch of custom options that the customer can choose regarding their orders, which is perfect for what I need. Even though the help articles and videos are really easy to follow, I was having trouble installing the app, so I contacted their customer service. They were really quick to respond and took care of the install for me. Since the customer service was so great, I contacted them again about a formatting change I wanted to make and they took care of that for me too. Wonderful experience all around!

Just started using this app and love it! It gives me the flexibility to offer many options on my custom orders and is easy to use. Perfect for people who do custom work and even compared to some paid options, this was the best choice I found for flexibility and ease of use for a start-up business. I have not yet published my site so I don't know how it will show in the shopping cart once people order.
