Infinite Options worked great for me, exactly as it was supposed to. Much better for creating options than Shopify's built in stuff. When I had a couple of minor issues, their support people were very quick to reply, making the fix or telling me how to. They also made good suggestions for less obvious things, to make it a better experience for my customers and myself.

fast and curtious staff. used the app a year and i know its awesome. just installed, couldnt find code as im using non offical shopify theme. 5 mins later its up and running due to fast staff. highly reccomended

All the fields have suddenly disappeared. Please support and inform us.
Customers don't complete their order without this custom fields. That crash cost me lots of money!

Great service and quickly answered my questions. I paid for the $20 install and it was done very quickly. It works for basic customizations but did not work for what I actually want it to do. I think it will do for now, it is not perfect however, for just the price of install I'm happy with it. Thanks!

Perfect for anyone selling personalised products or anything that requires additional options and surcharges beyond Shopifys default options & limits.
The UI and conditional logic to control what displays on what products and where are both simple and intuitive but also incredibly powerful - Every scenario we have wanted to achieve in our store so far is catered for. The paid install service was straight forward and smooth - no complaints + it takes the headache out of any code related issues. Great app.

I had a couple issues with some code left from another app and they fixed it without asking questions. The app is very intuitive and worked perfectly for me using the text option, def recommend.

I was not satisfied at first because I encountered some issues, things were not working for my store. But, it turns out that everything was fixable and I had great, personalized and quick support from the team. I absolutely recommend this app if you need to give options to the costumes when selecting products on your store. In my case, I sell customized products. So, this app works great for me.
If you have some problem with the configuration, don't uninstall it. Shopify themes work differently, so you may need adjustments for your store. Just reach their support first. They really answer you quickly and efficiently.
