Infinite Product Options

Used this app for way too long unfortunately and overpaid for its VERY basic features that don't even work properly often times. There's no live chat support and the limited support you get via email is very uncooperative. If something is not working, they'll just say that's the way it is and that nothing can be done about it. I have emailed them several times about simple requests (that other apps have done for me today in one day) but they just don't care enough to give adequate answers or resolve any problems.

What made me decide that I'm done with this app is their representative Jordin who rudely asked me to disable their app even though there are other workarounds to the presented problem and a much better way to relay this message. But it was evident that he just couldn't care less so he game me a lazy and rude response. Deleted and I wish I had never paid a penny for this mediocre app.

I used this app to help me upsell some products. I needed some help with CSS coding and got very quick help from the customer succes team. Good experience!

They are great when you need a hand to figure things out! App does what I need. Bit of a bummer that this review needs a minimum 100 characters, but i still think they deserve good feedback.

I had an issue with installing the code into my theme, so i clicked the chat button and one of the advisors went into my store with my permission and done it all for me and even added for the store to run quicker. this was so helpful and i couldn't recommend enough

I needed this app in my life.. well on my store more specifically because some products have many options to choose from , like color, size, sole and heel. I was limited by the variations on shopify. Thanks to Logan for patiently guiding me (as the tutorials don't quite enter my brain -I had watched them all) I am confident what each part of the creation is and how to make it work on my behalf. SWEET. No complaints so far, have just set up so hoping it runs smoothly with everything else. Logan rocks! - continued review... all techs are extremely helpful Anh, Mandy and more.
Only suggestion to the app would be to have swatch colors in the color options. Just being picky.

Nice App. Allows me to add any type of field

Adding options is awesome. What I am not seeing is when I add a product to my cart, all of the options that are free, nor am I seeing the actual product I am selling that does have a price. I am only seeing the options which seems weird. I will change the rating if I can figure out how to fix this

Customer service is AMAZING. They've answered all my questions, and even reached out to make sure everything was working properly.
