Excelente aplicación, y las instrucciones bien explicadas , aun para aquellos que no hablen mucho el ingles
I've been very pleased with this app so far. It's allowed me to create custom engraved products for my customers with easy to modify parameters. The only thing I haven't been able to get an answer for yet, is whether or not I can get the information my customers enter to show up on the fulfillment center notifications so that I don't have to collect all of the information before sending it onto our printer. Other than this gripe, I'm quite satisfied.

My website has many complex personalised items. I managed to install the app but the options were appearing in the incorrect place, and some options were not transferring to the shopping cart. The staff at Infinite Options corrected all my mistakes quickly and without fuss - and all free. Fantastic app and wonderful staff.
Great app at allowing multi options. We use it to allow for personalised products, fits in well with the theme.
Lost a star as sometimes the information doesn’t pull through and we have to contact the customer, which isn’t the best.

To resolve the issue with your slight delay before your options display on your product page, we recommend you add this snippet of code: https://docs.theshoppad.com/article/109-decrease-infinite-options-load-time.
It will help prioritize Infinite Options as one of the first apps that load on your page.
To resolve the issue with not always receiving customer selections, we recommend that you disable any quick buy buttons on products that use Infinite Options, these buttons will bypass the product page and any customization fields so the product is added directly to cart.

We have just started using this app to provide additional shipping options for the customer, and we plan on utilizing the app to provide product add-ons. The customer support team have been very helpful and quick to respond when we needed to move the position of the options menu on the product page.
