Infinite Product Options

Great app - amazing customer service. Our shop needed a way to charge a service fee for assembling particular products and Infinite Options fit the bill perfectly.

Their customer service is excellent and everything is working properly and running smoothly. I added their customer support to my admin and they installed everything for me. Thank you!!!!

Wanted to give my customers the option of adding a custom engraved name or message to certain products and this does that perfectly.

Reached out for a design request, and i was pleasantly surprised when Annette went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what i requested! Rather than make the tweak i asked for, she totally re-designed the product options to fit the overlook look and theme of my site - and she did this all on her own, which was awesome. I visited my product page and was thrilled to see product options that matched perfectly. THANK YOU Annette!

Also, what's really cool about this app is they give you CSS coding snippets that you can easily copy/paste and implement on your own. Common things like changing spacing, changing font, etc - all available in their help pages with code snippets you can use. Really love this app and the team behind it - thank you!

I use IO to help track inventory better, and to add a variety of up-selling options and variants to my shop.

I can't fault this app or the support team. I set it up myself and have limited skills. It was easy and has changed my business. The support team are incredible and answered me almost immediately. Highly recommend.
