The app installs easily and is easy to navigate through. I had some changes I wanted made and used their AI assistant and it worked amazingly well. Truly one of the best type of those experiences I have had. What I wanted was fixed, but a day later a person reached out, said they reviewed my conversation with the bot, and continued to make some suggestions and improvements. Highly recommend!

I had to contact support because I am not the best at computer stuff and they fully implemented everything I needed in under 5 minutes. Great customer service! I already received one purchase with the new set up and the customer decided on the upsell option so overall a great product!

Your support was not able to solve the issue, even after a week and despite clear instructions.
I coded the solution myself in half an hour and got everything working.
The app itself is worth 3 stars, but the poor support lowers my review to 1 star.

This app is excellent and very helpful for adding product options to my Shopify store. It is easy to use and works really well for custom products. The support team is also amazing — they are responsive, professional, and very helpful whenever I need assistance. Highly recommended!

Was confusing as I was not seeing how it would look in the product page first so I did not know if I was liking the set up or if I wanted to change anything.

Pricing on option values are not reflecting price changes. You have to go in and do it manually.
