Infinite Product Options

Infinite Options is a an easy to use tool that allows you to add custom forms fields to any or all of your products. Their interface works directly within Shopify and does not link you to another URL. However, where Infinite Options (ShopPad) shines is there customer service. Being a free app I did not expect to get much technical support - yet I got very fast support that solved my problem in one email! If you are looking for a way to customize your product/ service pages with option forms, Infinite Options is worth using!

App is very easy and straightforward to set up and get working. At one point I had a problem with the formatting and sent a support email through their website explaining my problem. Since it was around midnight I wasn't expecting a response until the next day. Literally 2 minutes later I check my website and the problem is fixed and the formatting is great. I thought it was somehow glitching at first and it was just a coincidence it was fixed right after I sent the email until I received a response saying they fixed it for me. Customer service saw my email and right away added in the necessary lines of code for me. For free too. Pretty incredible.

Must-have app for our e-commerce custom jewelry store that hits Shopify's max 100 variants with just our ring sizes. Now, we can use it to also offer customers our many customization options for different ring widths, metals, material inlays, etc. right when they order! It will considerably reduce back-and-forth messages regarding custom options. Also, great customer service!!

The app is very user friendly. I like that it was easy to learn. I was really happy with the service. I had my app installed very quickly after requesting service.
One thing I wish was different would be to have a feature where you can put a price on the options that you're adding. It seems that you can only do that by adding a product with that price increase. It would be nice if I could just edit the options with the additional price if needed.

This app took my site to the next level! Expert install was worth every penny!

Simple and effective, blends in with my theme alright and the installation service was efficient, the app itself is easy to use, especially with the video tutorials

Support was super helpful and made sure my website was using Infinite Options to the best of its capability! Not only is the support great, but the app is too, It provides exactly what I need for making extra options on my product and provides a sleek and clean visual at the same time.

He deserves it, $80,000/yr. The end!!! Oh wait, you probably want to know what he did huh. Well first, I closed out and opened the chat so many times that if a ding happened to let him know that a chat started, his ears is still ringing. He was probably annoyed but he was very courteous about it. He never typed in capital letters as if he was screaming at me lol. Okay so anyway, Me and Matt made a deal that I would tell nobody about. So I hope whoever is giving Matt a raise your name is nobody, cause if so then I didn't break our agreement. Matt went ahead and installed the code for me and set up my custom options for my product for FREE!! Okay I paid $20 but Matt didn't get it so essentially he did it for FREE!! Now he is doing everybody else's at a salary increased by 80 and 3 zeros (that's 80,000 for the people in the back) In all seriousness though, I was in the middle of training my in person clients while trying to setup my online responsibilities and reading code and doing all that just wasn't at my top things to do so I really appreciate Matt taking care of it for me. So thank you guys for doing what you do!!
