Easy to use and a lot of customization! I was able to accomplish my product goals and liked that it offered some different parameters very easily and no coding knowledge.

Daniel was able to help edit the code on my home screen to allow my infinite option to show up on my homescreen! Now I have my featured product with all it's options!

Great support! Emily was so helpful and communicative. She was able to add in some custom coding and offer workarounds for some of the issues I was having for my particular situation. Using this app has completely eliminated the need for a separate gift tag on my site that was causing confusion for customers wanting to send items as a gift. It even allows me to add a rush fee for customers needing same-day custom gifting, which has been a life-saver! I highly recommend using this app!

Infinite options came highly recommended as an app to be able to add in things to orders such as personalisation and different product options. I had previously relied on the notes at checkout option but i think this is a way of making it easier for our customers to order our products and more transparent - also easier if they select multiple products and need multiple options or personalisations. I contacted the team to set this up correctly for me for the one off fee and it was done so quickly. They also responded to any queries I had promptly. Great customer service and a great app! Just one line of code to copy and save, then customize using their simple app options. The app was a breeze to customize to our needs, including character limits.
