I needed options for my product. I did find some tutorials to code text boxes and drop downs into a theme. Talk about confusing! This app made the options a breeze. While there where a few hiccups for me, the support is great. That is the real value. They answer questions, aim for first response resolution on issues plus hints and tips to help your store work smoothly with the app. Not to mention its FREE :) Thanks a alot!

I used this app to allow customers to specify allergens when selecting meal plans and cannot be more happy with how it lets me achieve this. Their support is outstanding and we're so happy to help me. Really useful to show text lines on the product page for personalised goods. Works well, a little hard to use but not too difficult. Need to look into why the Cart summary page shows the variable name rather than the text label. Made it look better by using underscores in the variable name so it looks OK on the Cart. That is, used "Text_line_one" rather than a variable name of text-line-one.

Yes we would use it again, and recommend it to friends. There are only a few things that would be really useful, if you guys yourself could make the fields txt be changed by the, bold, size, italic and underline and a different colour for the text.I got told that there's no way to explicitly change code on our end or your end. However you an add some CSS styling to your CSS files. But all this was rather confusing, and we wish that you could get make the changes for us. Also with the Date Picker when a feature becomes available to limit available dates for selection, eg. dates in the pasted. Could you please add this to our app.

Also had a few complaints that the three new fields were not showing up quickly enough from an ipad. Got to told you can try adding this code snippet to your store to make your options load up faster: http://docs.theshoppad.com/article/109-load-infinite-options-faster

I used this app to add further service options, such as personalisation options to my web site and it works a treat - had to contact support for help on an issue beyond my brief and have to say I'm impressed with the level of help and support given by Anh, which resolved the issue.
