Great app and awesome support1
I'm so impressed by the infinite options app and the shoppad team, they were extremely responsive, helpful and even made additional suggestions for how I could improve my user experience!
This should be a built in option available on Shopify without having to download an app. With that said, this is one of the best free apps available it looks great and works great.
This app is great for adding custom fields to my products, I love the options! Customer service is also great any time i have questions they are very helpful.
App is simple to use. Not a lot of features, but it works well. Wish you could import to it with excel. The support team are REALLY good. Answered all my questions and then some.
This has been a life-saver and the support has been incredible. Above and beyond my expectations
Used this app for way too long unfortunately and overpaid for its VERY basic features that don't even work properly often times. There's no live chat support and the limited support you get via email is very uncooperative. If something is not working, they'll just say that's the way it is and that nothing can be done about it. I have emailed them several times about simple requests (that other apps have done for me today in one day) but they just don't care enough to give adequate answers or resolve any problems.
What made me decide that I'm done with this app is their representative Jordin who rudely asked me to disable their app even though there are other workarounds to the presented problem and a much better way to relay this message. But it was evident that he just couldn't care less so he game me a lazy and rude response. Deleted and I wish I had never paid a penny for this mediocre app.

I am very sorry that you had a negative experience with our app especially after having it installed for over a year. It is never our intention to provide short or unhelpful support and I apologize that we did not provide a more thorough explanation of why two applications were not compatible and the steps required from both developers to ensure they would work together. I just started Shopify and was impressed with what I read about this app. I am not comfortable with html/coding at all, so when the instructions (which were very easy to understand) gave the option to have Shoppad do the install--I was happy to send them an email. Within hours Robert had contacted me and the job was done. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Once I got into applying the app (which was also very easy to do) I found that it did not offer a specific feature our shop requires. I contacted Robert again to doiuble-check, in case I had over looked. He was again, friendly, honest and happily uninstalled the app for me. He is forwarding our interest of being able to save customization sets to apply to specific groups of products on to the developers, and will let me know if/when that feature becomes available. I was very impressed with the helpful level of customer service provided by Robert at ShopPad, and had we not needed a specific option for our shop, would have enjoyed using this app.
great experience with their customer service i sent them one pic on how i wanted my display to look and they answered me right away with exactly what i wanted.
Adding options is awesome. What I am not seeing is when I add a product to my cart, all of the options that are free, nor am I seeing the actual product I am selling that does have a price. I am only seeing the options which seems weird. I will change the rating if I can figure out how to fix this
