Installed the app, encounter some issues like drop-down field length too long. However I engaged the support via live chat, and they just went in and resolve the issue by adding css code to make the field shorter.

On top of it, they even added a script to make the app load faster, without even me asking for it.

Well, what can I say, that is an awesome support I ever had. Thumbs UP!

I used this app to help me add variables (fragrances) to my bath and body products store. I plan to add more variables. it is very easy to figure out. I have zero experience doing this and I figured it out. Great app!

I used Infinite options to create custom checkout fields for various products. It's a versatile app that is fairly simple to use. I really liked their customer service.

I use this app on multiple stores, it works great for ALMOST every situation. My only complaint is that there is no file upload...if you need this functionality one work around is setting up an iframe for a Google Form submission, or simply using another app.
The team is also great, they respond quick and have fixed any issues within hours of the request.

I really enjoy using this app. It gives my customers options, I wasn't able to provide before I discovered this app. I had a minor issue that I couldn't solve myself. I reached out to the support team, and just like that IT WAS SOLVED! I would recommend this app to other stores!
