Infinite Product Options

I mostly use the app for product page add on/bundles. This app is great and meets my needs. I reached out to support for help with styling and they quickly made the app blend in seamlessly with my theme. I would recommend this app to anyone!

Thumbs up! I had initially deleted the app as I couldn't get the text box relocated to the area I had wanted (since it is a fixed feature where the options will be located). The support team is very helpful to contact me and got it fixed. Very efficient and I am very thankful for their kind gesture!

We have a unique customizable product that requires a lot of detailed fields from our customers in order for us to fulfill their orders. Infinite Options has been great. Support is always prompt, helpful, and courteous too!

The customer service is so incredible, they solved my issues SOO quickly by giving me some example code to use that was perfectly catered to the issue I was having. I was able to implement it and solve the issue same day! They communicate soooo well, and I was surprised that people of who actually know what they're talking about are available to help! Usually the tech support people are buried behind layers and days of confusion and bureaucracy. Not the case with Infinite Options. Thanks so much Annette!

OMG! I cannot say enough good things about the customer service they have provided and continue to provide. Very responsive to questions or to help with little tweaks. Highly recommend if you need an app for multiple variant options.

I needed more variants for personalized jewelry. At minimal, my customers need to be able to choose initials A-Z; Birthstone Jan - Dec; and Necklace Length 16" - 20" which is impossible to do on Shopify so ..... I installed Infinite Options. I'm so happy with what I've accomplished so far. Thanks to this app I won't have to look else where to sell my products. It's easy to use but I did run into some coding confusion on my behalf. I'm not very tech savvy so I reached out to someone through the chat box and found help right away!! There's a monthly subscription, but it's very reasonable. So far so good and I'm a very happy customer. I strongly recommend installing this app if you need to add more variations to your products!!

Good app and good help when called upon. Would like if there was a feature where it would adjust the stores stock when sold in bundles

Love all of the features to Infinite Options and how they are so easy to integrate into our website. We opted to upgrade to the new conditional logic and I couldn't be happier with it so far! Even better than the app itself is their customer service. I have yet to come across a question that they don't have a quick answer for, and they (specifically Mandy and Jordin) are always willing to help out with adjusting coding to suit your needs. Wonderful app!!

I've been using this app for several months now, and it's fantastic! It allows me to set up options for the client to check, various things to add on to a purchase. I noticed that the selections that were showing up on the product page and the checkout page were not showing up on the cart page. I emailed support and Mandy got back to me within a few hours, asked for some screen shots, and right away added some code to my shop and it was fixed! Your support was so responsive. Very Impressed.
