I just got the app set up and the support staff (Mandy) was amazing! She walked me through all the setup and it is working like a champ!

We used this app to apply a personal message option on greetings cards, add a gift wrapping service and an upsell. It took a little getting used to, but found it very useful once we got the hang of it. The ShopPad people were super helpful when we got stuck too, so very pleased with the result.

Had a great service from Annette, she responded really quickly and fixed my UK English spelling on the pop up. Everything so far has worked a dream.

I did some searching and I think this is the most flexible and reasonable options app out there. Importantly, the support is awesome: responsive, willing-to-help and friendly.
