Infinite Product Options

Love this app. So grateful as a very small shop to have this to help customize some more complicated listings.

Needed some help today and customer service went way beyond what I expected for my question.

I've used this for years and it's great for all the custom options on our products as well as upsells. There are some apps and themes it doesn't integrate well with which has caused some head aches, I was going to give it a 4 star review because of that but honestly the app is great, conditional logic allows for some really creative shopping experiences once you wrap your head around it.

This app was exactly what I needed to be able to list up to 20 print sizes with over 30 colour options. If I hadn't found this I would not have been able to continue with Shopify. Installation was simple, the menu is self explanatory. What a relief I found this great app! http://ontrendandfab.com
Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to have lots of variables and/or variants.
I had one small glitch with choices showing in the cart twice - one email to support and they fixed it the same day.
Customer service just doesn't get any better than this.

I just upgraded to the logic and pricing bundles options and had some difficulty in fguring out some css for styling the frontend. When I asked for some advice on the css required to achieve the look I was aiming for I hoped for some code snippet tips but was completely surprised when Emily did all the coding for me within a few minutes.

Truly the greatest customer service I have experienced with any app.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend infinite options to anyone - if you have complex product variations you probably can't be without it

We've been using this app since the beginning of https://www.ChairsThatGive.com/, and it does a great job. It doesn't have all the features as Bold has, but it has been improving. The only thing that used to be missing for me were swatch images of the options/upsells next to the text, and immediate price changes on the product page when people add upsells to their product selection. But they have since added this functionality to the app. The option to make the options a hidden product has also been added, through a work-around. Anytime I had issues with the app (which was only once or twice) and reached out for help I got a reply very fast. The support for my paid theme that costs hunreds of dollars is worse, much worse. Been using this app for years and they’ve always continued to be helpful. Making small tweaks for me so that it matches the aesthetics of my website perfectly, and not nickel and diming me for those alterations. Well well worth it!

We have used this app for many years now, to provide our customers with delivery options for our brick and mortar flower shop business. It has always worked amazingly, and was easy to implement. We recently ran into a couple hiccups when converting to a 2.0 Shopify theme, so we reached out to customer service. Rep Daniel was quick to resolve the issue with great communication along the way! Thank you for providing this great app!

Don't make the same mistake I made going with this app over the countless others that are sooooo much better then this and less expensive. I made the costly mistake of trusting this app for my store and had countless option sets which took a long time to set up. 1st off, they lack the functionality to edit your order in the cart which literally every OTHER options app offers and they charge you extra if you want to allow customers to upload their files which is a basic functionality for other options apps. The biggest issue I have with this app is the lack of support and transparency. There was recent an update with shopify that made this app not function properly, but they decided to not tell their users. This ended up costing me $1000's of dollars in sales since customers couldn't even add to their cart, the only reason i knew was because i started to get customer complaints. When i reached out to them, they ended up saying that it was due to shopify making an update and that they weren't able to do anything about it. I reached out to shopify, and they did confirm that they performed an update to their api's which is common but that all apps are made aware of any type of updates weeks or months in advance so they can properly update their apps to not have any issues. The fact that infinite options has as many downloads as they have you would expect them to at least tell you that they will not be able to function the way they were, but no they decided to omit that information and just wait until users noticed. Their support team is literally a joke, if you're reading this go check out all the other options like hulk, globo, avis, and various others that are less expensive but offer wayyyy better functionality, the difference is not even close. I wish i would have never installed this app and saved myself the countless hours of having to migrate to a different app, let alone the thousands of dollars that this app ended costing me by not working as it should've. I hope that my post helps at least 1 person not make the same mistake that i made and chooses to offer their product options with an actual reliable app.

I have used this app for a few years and I cannot do without it. I love the freedom of creating option sets for my unique products and yesterday the customer service was outstanding after I contacted them to help improve the style of how my products were presented and they did exactly that for me. I was so surprised rised and happy by their service. Excellent app especially for Shopify stores like mine when you are the only one to do everything.
