not user friendly for the normal person.
I NEED HELP DELETING ALL THE SCRIPTS AND CODES INSTALLED ON MY THEME FROM THIS APP! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Infinite Options won't automatically install code on your theme and won't leave any lingering code that will affect the theme or other apps if the application is uninstalled.
Please approve our pending collaborator's request and we will be happy to help with additional troubleshooting.

Only usable for developers and code junkies. Tried for hours, nothing worked. If you don't have profound programming experience don't vast your time with this app. Can't recommend.
Found out it does not sync with inventory.
From the Infinite Options FAQ page:
"At this time, Infinite Options is not able to track inventory. Our preferred workaround is to use Shopify variants to track inventory and then use Infinite Options for the additional fields that don't need to be tracked in inventory."
It did not meet my expectations at all as it was not possible to add extra cost to an option.

Hi Anna,
You can add an extra cost to an option using the product bundling feature.
This document will help walk you through how it works: https://docs.theshoppad.com/article/423-create-product-bundle. Once bundled the product and the additional cost will be added to cart.

Leaving out additional price option? It's a big #fail, #SAD
Installation impossible. I tried to follow the installation instructions however they did not find the string of text or file as described. I'm not willing to pay for installation of a "FREE" to use app nor am I willing to have the publisher install it for me because I won't be able to remove it myself. No thanks!

We are very sorry that you were frustrated during the installation of Infinite Options. Our Expert Install Service is offered as a service for those that don't want to touch code, but is not the only option to install the app.
We do our best to offer videos, step by step tutorials, and documentation on how to add the one line of code to your theme. However, all themes are different so we know that it can be frustrating when your theme doesn't match the example.

I used this app for a little over six months with no issues. Out of no where the application stopped working, all of the product options such as color and sizing had disappeared from the product pages. I contacted support multiple times and received automated emails saying the issues are being worked on. In the end the issue was not resolved after three weeks. I had to uninstall and redesign my entire store. This was a hassle because I also have a brick and mortar retail store and had already spent hours ever week updating products using this app. Like hundreds of products. I was very disappointed in the low level of communication from the support team. This has caused my business to lose out on sales as well.
I would not recommend the app Infinite Options due to its poor performance, difficulty in use, and hard setup process. Despite offering a range of customization options, the app is slow and challenging to navigate, making it frustrating for users. Overall, I rate it as poor.

You can install Infinite Options by adding the block directly to the theme editor. Once installed you can start creating options directly on the app dashboard by selecting the type (drop-down menu, swatch, text field, or radio button)
