100% the best product options app on Shopify, I have used most if not all of the product option apps they do not come close to this app, the way this app blends into your website looks perfect & the customer support is top notch.

Excellent and brilliant app, got what I wanted for my products!

Used to work extremely well, Currently I'm loosing money as the app has decided it no longer wants to include the additional charges to the product variants. Its also adding x2 of the product add-ons? Then advising the customers its out of stock.

I sell customized items in my store. I used this app to help my customers personalize their orders. They can use eye-catching swatches to make their selection. I think it enhances the shopping process and makes it much easier for them to visualize what they're going to get. I highly recommend this app if you're looking to easily bypass the Shopify variant restrictions and improve your shopping experience in the process. Thank you!

So I am giving it 1 star because it cost me some big money on a customer. Some time ago I reached out to the support team to explain that when a customer checks out they are allowed to remove items associated to the options and leave the options behind.

I had a customer customize a product with a name, they removed the product with the cost but left the customization part which had an additional cost.

Support explained that this is by design and customers can remove the products. If I needed the items to stay I should use another product as they cannot do that.

Not a way to keep customers!

I will say this, if the product did NOT do what I explained above I would give it 5 stars as it is amazing.

Great app. Glad I don't need to pay for this anymore because it seems like something so simple that should be built-in.

Only thing I'd improve is showing the options selected when going through the checkout instead of only on the back-end, but still can't give it less than 5 stars given it's free.

I used Bold Apps' Product Options app with past stores and this is a lot more intuitive.

Don't get the negative review below: the installation is way easier than Bold Apps' product...literally a single line of code you insert. I have very basic programming knowledge, but basically did a guess and check until it ended up in the right spot.

This app is great as it allows my customers to select items from a drop down menu, I had an issue integrating a feature and the support team remotely connected and resolved it. What an amazing app team!

Extraordinary customer support. Developer went above and beyond to assist with quick installation. We installed for a very specific need (enabling custom gift messages on individual greeting cards), but have found uses for this app through our product catalog. If you think your products would benefit from non-inventory based options, then I would recommend this app.
