I absolutely love the app, Infinite Product Options! I have been using this app for over 7 years. My Shopify Store would not be as awesome if I did not have this app product! I must mention that their Customer Service is SO GREAT! Thank you so much for what you do for my business.

This app constantly doesn’t work for our customers. For a website like mine that relies on things like this to personalise I’m having messages from customers every single day saying there’s no where to leave a name or pick from the colours etc because the app doesn’t load/ work. Being told by support it’s too many browsers open or to keep refreshing the page etc that’s not the issue, and its highly unprofessional when i have to tell customers to keep refreshing. I try on my end and the same thing happens. Im losing customers and sales because of them not understanding how to leave names.

Solid for adding a TON of options for my products. Easy to figure out and use. It sometimes, ~1 out of 50 orders, does not load on the site, and then I have to contact the customer to see what they wanted. Oder still goes through, but no options are given. Customers say they never saw the options but bought anyways. I still recommend it.

It lacks the customization I need to make updating inventory easier. I also need a way to show the compare at price without having to manually change the price in the app each time.
I've been using this app for years. It does all I require and so much more. It's very easy to use.

Infinite options helps out so much for us. We do custom prints but track our SKUs using the base shirt not what we press on them so this helps us track our inventory so much better.
Love the versatility of this app! Been using it for over 4 years.

I needed to allow customers to be able to select 1 of 10 options for 10 different spots. This tools works great and when I needed some help getting the order information added to confirmation emails they were able to update my email templates for me. Super fast, super kind, super helpful!
