So I just got on board with this app, and had some confusion about how to set up the app in a 3rd party page builder. Jordin gave me an answer and got me up and running.

Amazing Customer Service for Implementation & FAST Support

Customer support is amazing. The install team was able to make several updates for me within hours of my request.

I spent hours installing Upcart for my Cart, and now Infinite Options app is messing everything up: Options aren't showing in the cart, prices are jumping all over the place, and checkout is unstable. This is crazy. Deleting the app.

Customer service was very quick to respond and fix the problem I was having.

AMAZING customer service!!

The Infinite Product Options team are awesome! I recently changed to a paid theme on Shopify and I didn't realize that I also needed to update my apps. I tried to install the code snippet as their instructions indicated. However, my code didn't contain what they told me to look for. So I contact the Infinite Product Options team via their chat, and eventually email. Emily responded to my chat almost instantly and took care of the issue! They were able to install the code snippet and get my website back up and running!

We've all reached a bottleneck in our businesses and can't go to the next stage until it's solved. My problem was more like a bottle cap until I found infinite options. Allowing me to have as many variations as I needed I could bundle all my products together and massively increase my average order value. This wouldn't have been possible without infinite options and I highly recommend using them. I did run into one issue and their support team was incredibly helpful. As a side note, it wasn't even a problem with infinite options it was with another app but they were still helpful in suggesting a resolution

Any time I've had questions or couldn't get something to work, their customer service has been phenomenal. They even fixed the code so the options section looks nice on my website. The best. Get it now.

I have enjoyed this app. It accomplishes what I wanted done in my store. It, in my opinion, is not the easiest app to navigate, but thankfully, the staff is amazing. Each time I came back with another question, they walked me through it and corrected my errors.

Emily was a HUGE help in getting the app installed and working correctly! Such an amazing job, which I would have contacted before spending the time trying to get it just right!

I am so glad I downloaded this app. Shopify is not the best when it comes to receiving assistance or additional product options they do not offer. I have ran into this often and every time it has been solved quickly. I have worked with Emily F multiple times and she is so efficient and provides excellent customer service. Thank you for everything. My store would be a mess without infinite options.

Unfortunately, I was not able to cancel my free trial from the admin dashboard which should always be an option for any app. The reason why I did not want to use this app was the fact that the add-on price is not shown on the product page when the option is selected and it's only shown in the cart.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Finally, an app that can create add-ons both required and optional as well as have more come up conditionally if others are selected, and here's the big one for me - from other inventory items and adjust the price shown on the product page. I searched high and low for an app that does this and couldn't find anything like it. As a bonus the team has been amazing, I needed some help with an in-cart issue due to my theme and adjusting a few things and they've been so helpful, quick and kind.

Great app for adding customized variants to your products in Shopify! I needed a field for customers to add their personalization requests for customized backpacks and jackets. I had the customers adding the info to the 'Notes' section at checkout, but they kept forgetting. With Infinite Options, I was able to add the personalization field to the individual product page for those specific items. Also, their customer service is outstanding! I purchased a 3rd party Shopify theme and couldn't figure out how to add the necessary code to my theme to complete the Infinite Options install. I emailed customer service and they requested collaborator access then added it to my theme for free in less than 12 hours! I was shocked and so grateful! Would definitely recommend!

The app works exactly as I needed it to and when I ran into a coding issue the customer service was top notch. Highly recommend!

It great for adding options but collecting that data in a report requires an additional app making this app dumb.

I had an issue with installing the code into my theme, so i clicked the chat button and one of the advisors went into my store with my permission and done it all for me and even added for the store to run quicker. this was so helpful and i couldn't recommend enough

Daniel was able to help edit the code on my home screen to allow my infinite option to show up on my homescreen! Now I have my featured product with all it's options!

We use it now on 2 websites. Has all the functionality we need to customize options as needed.

I would not recommend the app Infinite Options due to its poor performance, difficulty in use, and hard setup process. Despite offering a range of customization options, the app is slow and challenging to navigate, making it frustrating for users. Overall, I rate it as poor.

Bundles DO NOT integrate with inventory, so whatever is sold is not tracked or updated. This is an inventory management nightmare. Uninstalled for this sole reason. Other features seemed to work, but were not tested in detail by me.

Excellent service when trying to get the app set up properly. Works really well so far. Would recommend for anybody on the fence!

I installed this app and Uploadery this evening to replace another custom options app I've been using for over a year. I got it all set up in one evening. It's working like a charm. I did have a little issue that required contacting the help desk. I received the most wonderful and helpful assistance from a magician on the team. Problems solved and everything is perfect. I really appreciate the pleasant and genuine customer service I received. Thank you.

I think this app is great and really easy to use.
I have been using shopify for 3 days, and the Infinite Options App has taken out the stress and has definitely improved the usability of my website.
I was able to take really simple shop options from shopify and add on 3-4 additional options to my products. This included different style selections (using checkboxes), selecting from a range of icons to add to the product (using swatches) and adding text boxes for personalisation.
The swatches option was great, however the swatches were a little crowded, however a team member (Andreas) was able to quickly adjust this and now it presents so well! Great app!!

Does everything you can imagine and more, really lives up to it's name. Reasonably priced and the customer support is superb.
