I used this app as I had a numerous options required for some products. It was easy to install and the support was quick and easy.
It functions well and does exactly what I needed.
Mandy and the support team were great to deal with.

This app is amazing! Does exactly what it says it will do with no hidden fees. I paid the fee to have one of their experts help me out and the customer service was absolutely perfect.
I also attended their intro webinar which was soooo helpful.

The app is a great idea however in real world it doe not function well. It constantly disconnects and stops adding products to the customers carts even though the products are clearly checked. We have had multiple talks with them and the issue keeps persisting. They will fix it and then it doesnt work again. We dont know whos fault it is or why this keeps happening but we are losing thousands a month because of this issue to include customer service complaints where the customer thought an item was supposed to arrive, If this issue gets fixed we will consider updating this review

super helpful support, even did a free custom code change to my theme within mere hours, I'm impressed! Options load quickly. All in all a very good deal!
Only thing missing is a file uploader included in the package.
I liked that it was easy to add the personalization option but I have yet to figure out how to charge an additional fee for the extra personalization option.
I just quit a job in customer service to go full time with my own business. I'm switching from Squarespace to Shopify and the customer service Alan gave me was the best -- and I worked in CS for 12 years. He set the tone for what I hope continues to be a great experience with Shopify and the apps I'm finding while building my website! Thanks again Alan and ShopPad.
