I'm not very computer techy and lack the patience to learn how to use the app properly. You have to be able to do coding. I was scared I would screw up my website beyond repair. It is way too complicated for me.
I think this is a useful app. Unfortunately it does not allow for the addition of photos and if that is important to you as it was for me then you may want to reconsider. If you don't need photos then it is a good app.
I used the app to allow the customer to write text on jewellery. It took a little while to understand how to do it. But Jordin from Infinite Options was really helpful and got me through!

Eg, when one customer wants customised product , so he enter his name and number , when other dont want customized ones, there is no need to display the form.
