I use this app to give a personalisation option to my customers on my products. It’s super handy as they can add this option from each product page and it then attaches to the product in shopping cart. I had a small
Problem when I chose the wrong option when adding in another product to the option set, I emailed my problem (on a Sunday) and the lovely Santiago H replied to me in record timing and was so helpful and fixed my issue straight away! Great service.
The app works well, it is easy to set up, the CS is responsive and the fix the issue but you have to give them a little bit of time, after everything is set up it works well, the only reason I a giving 4 stars is because for a products called infinite options and not having an option to upload files from a product order then is not so infinite so I will have to get another app which costs money and makes my web a but slower, I would even be happy to pay a bit more and have that option. other than that it works faster than other options.

We ran into some problems with my theme (our checkout button stopped working - totally killing sales for about 10 hours), and I uninstalled a number of apps to try to pinpoint the cause. While this app was not the cause of the problems, it did not uninstall cleanly, even after doing a fresh install of my theme (which I don't even understand how that would be the case). Shopify has created a problem ticket and given the app developer 48 hours to resolve our issue, but it's definitely creating a usability issue for our store and sales are suffering while we wait. According to the Shopify rep, this app "left breadcrumbs" in our theme files, and those have caused our website to display elements incorrectly. In particular, they use something called "customizery" which remained sprinkled throughout our theme even when the app was uninstalled PRIOR to installing a fresh theme and customizing from scratch. I'm posting this review because ordinarily I'd say to back up your theme before installing this app, so you can revert back to an earlier version if the app messes with your theme. However, this proved to not help me in my case, so I think that caution is warranted until the developer can provide some clarity on how this happened. I will update this review once remnants from the app are removed from our site. Now I'm handling variants using the native Shopify options and variants, and it's a royal pain in the arse, but I've been scared off of variant apps for good.
