Unlike some other apps I have tried the team is very responsive and helpful! Deanna has gotten back to me in a timely manner (in the PST time zone for reference).

There is a learning curve. But the support team is fantastic. I previously left a bad review but after i contacted support my problems were resolved. Their support is TRUE support too. They will email and help you after hours which is unheard of now a days. Support is everything with this type of product and they have it .
A great application, perfect for my store, and the best thing is the great customer service team it has, they are perfect, I recommend them to everyone.

Best customer service I have ever received!!! There were a few calculators that kind of worked for me, but it was missing something. Reached out to them and they were able to create one just for what I needed. Really appreciate you guys, keep up the good work!!!
Sahil was a lifesaver and definitely help me implement what i thought was impossible for my store. the app offers more than they market i would say if you dont see what you want to achieve try scheduling a call because that helped me a lot and with sahil we spent an hour figuring my needs and coming out with a calculator that caters to my need. i would definitely recommed. great customer service and responded on a timely matter. i would say vote Sahil for president because he help tremendously and was so patient. thank you
