The customer support for this app was fantastic! Unfortunately, my customer base did not respond well to the different look of the app settings and I had to discontinue use of the app. But if you are looking for a calculator app, this one is a great place to start!

The calculator app's embedded function falls short of expectations. It lacks integration with other apps and cannot be translated, hindering user experience. Technical support's response to the issue was unsatisfactory, advising to use Google Translator on Google Chrome instead. Overall, a frustrating experience, and I rate it 1 out of 5 stars.

Very Very bad customer service!!!!!! i am trying to reach them our from past 1 week but they are giving responses after 1 or 2 days!! i want to have this app on my shopify store but i seek help and no help is given at all, they are not even giving a specific time so that i can sit and resolve my issue in one go!!!!

App works fine. However i just installed it from my website and now a lot of products are missing the quantity input and i can't get it back.

Great app that I use for custom options on my website. Everything is customizable and the support is great from the team.

So far, this app is AMAZING! Once I figured out how to set this up for my quilting business that charges by the square inch a 1/2 cent increments, I was about to take my highly customized pricing to the internet and my customers from everywhere can order and pay so easily now.

4 stars for it because it isn't compatible with POS and I still don't know how it's going to work with line item syncing into quick books. I just set it up so I will update once I know.

There is a learning curve. But the support team is fantastic. I previously left a bad review but after i contacted support my problems were resolved. Their support is TRUE support too. They will email and help you after hours which is unheard of now a days. Support is everything with this type of product and they have it .

After trying every app for custom pricing, I decided to stay with this one, it's so easy to work with and had everything for my store, which is basically all custom, but even if you are not sure how to do it, they have the best customer service, Deana went above and beyond to help me, she is the best.

The app is incredibly versatile, and easy to use. It has a feature called 'price look-up', which means you can basically have any kind of bespoke pricing you want. And best of all, the support via the messenger app guide you through any difficulties you have, and the are very quick at getting back to you. Excellant service.

Seems to work well for getting a price. Although it hangs when creating a product at the point where the customer, clicks "Add to Cart", it can hang for minutes. I've contacted support, no reply. It has something to do with inserting product variants in the back end. Update: I had logged a support ticket with the developer and had no response until I left this review. The team then got back to me and helped fix the problem. It now runs much faster. The developer explained that there was an issue with Shopify's system, whereby after a new product variant is inserted the price may not reflect in Shopify's database for up to 20seconds. However, for me this lag was lasting up to minutes. To fix this it was explained to me that the developers have to get access to your theme and change it to source the price directly from the App. - It would be nice if the developers could build in information to allow us store builders to do this ourselves. If it can't be done automatically. It would be nice to see Shopify add support for creating variants on the fly. In the meantime, if adding a product to the cart hangs it seems you'll need to lodge a ticket with the App team to make a change.

AMAZING app that adds excellent functionality! Enables pricing by measure of unit or custom selection, as well as text entry and conditional logic. Easy to learn, with straightforward tutorials and several pre-made templates for typical applications that can be customized to your situation. This app actually saved me money by eliminating my need for Hulk Product Options, while adding custom price calculations... so it basically paid for itself. And then, there's the Support!! OUTSTANDING SUPPORT that was fast and effective throughout my experience. Great app, great people, great results. You won't be disappointed here.

This app is a HUGE relief. Although implementation can be tricky at first, I was able to reach out to the developer and they resolved all my issues at no additional cost. Now that everything is working, I couldn't be happier with the result. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone looking for a calculator solution for their store.

We required an app with this functionality and one we could also customise to suit or needs. We sell fabric, made to measure blinds and wallpaper so this was a godsend as we needed to be able to calculate a number of variables and prices. I managed to create a crazy elaborate Wallpaper measurement calculator which also gave the correct pricing based on the result. Support team are fantastic and sorted a glitch with the template I was using in no time. Definitely recommended, thanks guys.
