Although we initially encountered some challenges setting up the app, the support team provided excellent assistance. Overall, we found the app to be beautiful and functional.

The app has a good base and would be a good too for many businesses.
But the fact that it cannot work with Base Shopify Variants takes away the value of this app for our situation. We sell items that have Standard and Custom sizes, but this app cannot do custom pricing at the variant level so it's a no for us.
Customer Service was great though, so still dropping a 5 star review.
Extend the functionality to allow assignment at the Variant/SKU level and you would have a fabulous product that would certainly have a much larger appeal and market.
