This app worked for a while but not for the last 8 months. Finally they gave up trying to patch the program, now they say they cannot fix it. Lots of lost sales and no answers.
They are responsible to make this app work with Shopify and change with Shopify apparently.
I am disappointed in the problems I have had to deal with.
We are sorry things have reached this point, but rest assured, we're doing everything we can to fix it. Our tech team has worked hard overnight to find a solution that should meet your needs.
Good app overall. Stil, there are some things to be fixed or improved. Very good customer support, hands on. Waiting time is not that great, but the end result is usually positive. I do recommend the app!
