Have been using the app for some time now. Does the job pretty well. Had some customization that I wanted to do, and the team was quite helpful in making it possible.

Have worked with Nivi over the last couple of days and it has been one of the most refreshing experiences to get so quick and detailed help. This app has been exactly what I've been looking for to be able to provide customers with value, without having to have them provide codes to save. Excited to see what the future brings!!

Awesome app. Great chat service. We needed this enabled for a specific product and for users tagged in a certain way. It can accommodate both of these features.

Fast response and great problem solver from Zarah. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with the buy now button/direct checkout button. Hope they can find some solution to it soon. Overall great experience and cool app.

The support is absolutely amazing. I have very specific customization needs and the developers have made all the efforts to help me with it. I'll be using the app for a while and see how I go. If you use a non shopify theme like me and your theme easily conflicts with most of discount/tier apps, this one won't. They'll guide you through simple steps and make it all work out for you. Exactly like how you want it. Definitely 5 stars. Especially Zarah, has helped me tremendously. Great work guys!
