I needed a solution for applying discounts to a product when multiple items were purchased. There were a few tweaks required to make the app fit our theme but the support team was amazing and helped resolve any issues that arose very quickly. Now it works great.

It's like talking to a brick wall – they never reply on time, and even when they do, it's as if they're selectively choosing which messages to ignore. I am very well impressive about how good Volume & Discounted Pricing's UX is, and how powerful it is too. I was struggling to find a great Bulk Discount app that could be integrated with other product options' apps and could also integrate with Shopify's discount codes. This app can do everything I need. I was able to do some advanced configurations with the help of their fast and great live support. I couldn't be happier!

Just installed the app and needed assistance from the support team to customize our theme. Got almost instantaneous reply from Nivi, who was able to tweak it momentarily! Good job! Excellent service from Nivi!

So far, so good! I just added the app to my shop and Parth was very helpful in assisting me with customizations to make it work better and visually align with my shop. It's also the only app I found that allows you to do tiered discounts based on dollar amount spent vs. multiples of an item. My only suggestion so far is to add the option to allow discounts to be activated with a discount code so it can be sent to select customers without using tags.
